Sue started her career with a major London partnership 37 years ago. After ten years she moved to the New Forest to start Martin's Solicitors.

Melananie Groarke - Conveyancing.
Mel has been dealing with New Forest property transactions since 1996.
She handles all elements of property conveyancing for both freehold and leasehold properties.
Having joined Martins in 2000, she is now studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer in her own right
She is married with a young daughter, and enjoys keeping fit at the gym.

Emma has broad-ranging expertise in general and matrimonial litigation.
She also handles Private Client work on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate.
Emma has been part of the Martin's Solicitors team since 2007.
Outside work she enjoys spending time with her daughter, forest and coastal walks, and dining out.

Kaitlin Stone - Property Conveyancing.
Kaitlin has specialised in New Forest property sales and purchases, remortgaging, and transfers of equity.
She operates as Martin's Solicitors conveyancing assistant in these areas, handing both freehold and leasehold properties.
Kaitlin joined Martins in 2008.
She enjoys horse riding and training, plus other sports and shopping!
